For all bespoke offline design and artisanal production services, we operate on a standard split-payment system. Once your custom quote is approved, work commences upon a 50% upfront deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is settled once the final production-ready files (Arte Final) are approved, or—in the case of physical manufacturing—just before your finished artisanal pieces are shipped. For every project, you will receive an official electronic invoice (Factura), which is fully valid for your business accounting and tax-deductible purposes in Spain.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "TECHNICAL DESIGN" AND "ARTISANAL PRODUCTION"?
- Technical Design & Print Management: This is the ideal service for high-volume corporate needs (folders, business cards, menus, flyers). I handle the graphic design and create the flawless production-ready files (Arte Final). Additionally, I fully manage the communication and process with specialized premium commercial printing houses. You don’t have to deal with technical jargon or coordinate logistics—I oversee the quality control, and you receive the final physical products delivered straight to your hands.
- Artisanal Production: This means that in addition to the design, I personally hand-craft your exclusive pieces on a small, artisanal scale. This includes manual bookbinding, hand-stitching, using premium vegan leather, and applying handcrafted gold foiling. The result is a collection of unique, bespoke pieces crafted directly in my studio.
IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR ARTISANAL PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, the rates listed on the service menu cover exclusively the design process, craftsmanship, and premium materials used for the artisanal fabrication in the studio.
The physical shipping costs for your custom pieces (such as planners, journals, or menu holders) from my studio to your business or restaurant address are calculated independently. These will be itemized in your final custom quote based on the package weight and the selected courier service.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN PROCESS?
To ensure a streamlined and professional workflow, each design project includes a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions on the initial concepts presented.
These revisions are managed efficiently in writing via a shared Google Drive folder.
Based on my 15 years of industry experience, this structured system is more than enough to fine-tune every typographic detail, perfectly align the design with your brand identity, and ensure the final files are 100% flawless for production.
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE DURING THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT?

Furthermore, the entire review process is managed seamlessly and transparently via email.
